If you answered yes, please include a photo of the packaging, inlcuding any numbers or letters on the packaging. If you answered no, please use the "return" selection in the form.
To check the status of your order or to receive tracking information, please visit our webpage and scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "order status" option under "Customer Service".
Please review our return policy linked at the bottom of our webpage under "Customer Service". If your return request has met all of the requirements, please choose "yes" and include a photo of the item in its original packaging or if the packaging has not been opened, please include a photo of the packaging. Once we review your eligibility for the return, we will create an RMA in our system and you will move into the next steps of the return process.
In order for us to create an account for you with tax exemption, please provide us with the following information below: Account Name/Business Name: Contact #: Shipping Address: Billing Address: Please also include a copy of your Tax Exempt certificate or ID so we can forward this for approval to our Finance Team. Once this request is approved, we will get back to you so you can place your order. If you have already placed an order, the same process will apply and once approved, the sales taxes will be refunded. If you live in Alaska and are shipping to a state to have it forwarded to you, please send proof of your Alaska address and we will refund the taxes. Please note: The name on the Tax Exemption MUST match the name on the order. If it does not, the tax exemption will not be able to be approved and we are not able to make alterations to the order after it has already been placed.
Please note: Most orders are shipped very quickly and are unable to be canceled. However, we will do our best and if the order has already been shipped or marked for shipment, our standard return policy will apply. The return policy is located on the bottom of the webpage under "return policy". If you need to change your address, please note that there is a $20 fee per ground package shipped and a $75 fee per freight shipment. If you wish to proceed, the payment invoice will be sent via Paypal to be paid before changes can be made.
